How to promote international of schooling if I were agency head of education?

International of schooling in Indonesia is held by government to develop education in Indonesia. It is according to law of education to develop education to get international standard. according to Mr Marsigit article that SBI is regional is a region needs. We know that every region have own characteristic, such as language, culture, art, food and other. So to develop this program government can be do this depends on each region in Indonesia, such as agency of education in each region. Agency of education has many functions such as arrange technical policy in education, implement government affair and give public service in education, development relationship of unit of agency technical organizer in education and realize some work that given by regent based on order and function in education.

As we know, there are many people who still don’t know about international of schooling includes teacher that teach in international schooling. It’s just not use English in learning, but process teaching learning is important too. Many teachers still use traditional method in process learning in international school. Actually they already use and apply the procedure of modern teaching learning method, but in fact it’s just a procedure like using different formation on the position of the student and the use of modern technology but actually they still apply teacher center learning and as we know that it was the characteristic of traditional method of teaching learning. This was indicated that there is misunderstanding about modern method of teaching learning. It should be an attention for the government especially agency head of education in every district as a decider of wises. 

Agency of education is led by agency head of education. It has a function to lead, , coordinate and provide guidance and instructions to his subordinates in the implementation of tasks as well as coordinate and carry out cooperation with the regional organizations, agencies and other agencies and community. If I were agency head of education, I will coordinate to school head master to promote international schooling. I will get training for teacher to give understanding international schooling is just not using English in learning. But skill and ability in teaching learning process is needed. Teacher must have four competition, they are pedagogic, personality, professionalism and social completion. If teacher is had it, teacher can promote international schooling to society through density with school committee and parents of student.
